The in-season soccer training program is designed to help your player stay in top condition during school and soccer breaks (i.e Spring Break, Winter Break, etc). Each day includes warm-up stretches, soccer footwork, a strength workout, conditioning, and a cool-down stretch routine. There is a day dedicated to juggling, as well. This is a 7-day program and is open indefinitely after purchase. Daily workouts can be done in any order and repeated as often as you like. Recommended age for the program is 8-14 years old, but suitable for younger and older players. ***Note: If your athlete is more advanced, perform 3 rounds instead of the 2 defined sets.*** Work hard and push each day!
